Should you be unhappy with any item purchased from us for any reason, please contact us at orders@ulusoleil.com within 7 days of the receipt of your item, with full details of any issue.

Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item from us, please ensure that the item sent is unopened in order for us to exchange it with the correct/new item.

We will bear any collection/delivery costs for exchanges.
